I found the Play Doh!!

I was in the mood to play w/some polymer clay and this is the results - so far. You'll have to forgive the camera phone pictures, the digital has a dead battery.

This fella took a lot outta me. HOURS. (My first try at human beings). These almost look like they could actually BE someone, I think. :o)

This is Kramer's 2nd favorite place in the world, on J's belly. His favorite being - of course - laying on mine. :o) We have a ritual that once a day he can climb up on my lap and get brushed and petted. (I'm talking about Krame here, not J. ;o)

He's also become very talkative in the last 3 weeks. We've had him for over a year now, he's just never been one to talk. And you should HEAR some of the things he says!!! Poor J just about fell offa the loveseat earlier he was laughing so hard.

And this is his "You said not to touch it so I'm not, but I'm gonna sit right here and watch it" look.

I wish everyone a happy weekend!!

Your polymer clay work is amazing - it looks like quite the character. Do you have any plans for the finished work?

Aren't cats funny? Mine talk all the time too - strange little noises!

Karin - I have no plans for him. I just got a new book and thought it'd be fun to try this one out. I still gotta put his legs, arms and feet on.

Wow, fabulous job on the figurine. You have a lot of innate artistic talent. :)
