I made this yesterday, according to the instructions it's a "bag topper". You put the handles of a paper bag thru the holes and it will cover the top of your gift bag.
Eh. I'm a big fan of tissue paper myself, but I thought it was kinda cute so I made it.
Hopefully it will sit better after I block it.

Damn girl, how fast are those fingers?
It sure is purdy though. I take forever to do anything. Maybe it's because I am slightly ADHD. (without the HD) I guess that's just plain ADD isn't it?
