I sent to Sharon @ XS Obsession, 'cuz she totally deserved a gift after sending me the chart and flosses for Mira's Petal Fairy outta the goodness of her heart. Totally deserved it!! I stole the picture off her website 'cuz I'm lazy like that. :o)
The scarf I made a little bit ago, I love this yarn; the bookmark was just too perfect to pass up and the tiny little pincushion seemed appropriate - it's a ice cream cone and the back says "how sweet 2007" 'cuz she is. I was a little concerned about the scarf as she lives in a fairly warm area most of the time so hopefully she'll get to use it. If nothing else she can just rub the softness. It's that soft. ;o)

Hi - I'm working on Lavender Garden, and I was wondering if you also had to look at the photograph in order to stitch the flowers. It seems the chart has lots of gaps in the flowers. I thought it was my printer, but it looks that way in the magazine, too. Also, what color are the two beads? The delica #s translate to gold and white, but the picture makes them look lavender and white. Thanks!!
